How It Works
- Submit your update request using this form or contact us if you’re not sure what you need.
- We confirm the scope and cost (most tasks range from $30 – $60), depending on complexity.
- We complete the update and notify you when it’s done
- You review and approve – no surprises, no stress
- For initial installs, we’ll set up WordPress and create your user accounts, then send you a login link so that you can continue on your own.
- Note: Installation services are for self-hosted WordPress installations only. You must own your own website (no WordPress.com sites) and be able to provide access to your hosting dashboard so that we can create the databases, upload files, etc. Don’t have your own website, but want one? Do you offer design services?
No. We focus strictly on updates and maintenance – no theme edits, layout changes, or plugin development.
How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. However, most updates are completed within 1–3 business days.
Turnaround Time Example: If you provide your documents on a Monday, Monday is day 0, the 3rd day would be Thursday.
We are closed on weekends and most holidays. Those days do not count towards your turn time.
Example: If you provide your documents on Thursday, Thursday is day 0, the 3rd day would be Tuesday.
Can I send multiple updates at once?
Absolutely. We’ll bundle them and quote you a flat rate before starting.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes and no. We provide ongoing support for the work that we, ourselves, have done. An example would be if you asked us to update a picture on the website and the update isn’t showing online. We do not provide tech support for your website itself. For these issues, you would want to contact your web hosting company directly. For WordPress platform issues, we recommend checking WordPress.org’s support site for assistance.
How do you handle project communication?
We are currently available by email or chat, Monday through Friday. We are closed on most recognized holidays. Chat is monitored during our regular business hours.
