This month, I kicked off the initial phase of SOHO Admin Force! The process of taking an idea, developing it, the implementing it (all while still trying to hold a full-time day job) is a slow one. But, I move forward day by day.

This past week, I set up profiles on Fiverr and UpWork. There, I will perform one-off Salesforce projects and start growing contacts while building out the business structure (and still working the day job).

The plan is, once I have enough contacts through these freelance sites, I will hire a part-time salesperson, focus more on sales and marketing, quit my day job, and move into Phase 2. For now, we’re calling this part of the business plan “proof and concept.” Fancy sounding, huh?

Anyway, I’m doing it – I don’t really plan on having the blog a main feature of this website. But, figured an update here and there can’t hurt.

So… thanks for looking and be sure to tell anyone you bump into who might need Salesforce help about SOHO!
